For Immediate Release / Greensboro, NC: Nu-Blu and WGHP Fox 8 have teamed up to extend the popular Triad Holiday Food Drive into the Thanksgiving season. The fundraising concert will be held at the Carolina Theatre in downtown Greensboro, NC on November 18th, show time is 7:30pm. Tickets are on sale now at www.carolinatheatre.com and can be purchased in advance or at the door. Seating is limited and all seats are general admission.

Proceeds from this event will go to the Salvation Army food pantry as part of Fox 8's annual food drive, now spanning over 3 decades. Nu-Blu can be seen weekly on Fox 8 as the hosts of the popular show Bluegrass Ridge which airs Friday nights at midnight. “This seems like a natural progression to this partnership,” says Daniel Routh of Nu-Blu. “We have been a part of the telethon the past two years for the food drive, so now that things have opened back up, we wanted to be a bigger part in helping to make sure that no one goes hungry, anytime of the year!”
